How to grow: Sow seeds Feb–April indoors with warmth. Transplant seedlings into individual pots once large enough. Harvest fruits once husks turn papery and fruit turns bright orange.
Cooking / usage ideas: Eat fresh, dip in chocolate, add to fruit salads, make jam, or use in desserts. Sweet yet tangy flavour pairs well with both sweet and savoury dishes.
