Plant Out: Late April onwards for early sowings, once risk of frost has passed

Spacing: Thin seedlings to 15–20 cm apart in rows 25 cm apart
Height: Leaves grow 20–30 cm tall

How to grow: Sow outdoors March–September, or under cover for early and late crops. Sow thinly, 1 cm deep, in rows 25 cm apart. Thin seedlings to 15–20 cm apart. Keep soil moist for tender leaves. Harvest young for salads or allow to mature for larger leaves.
