How to grow: Sow indoors Jan–March with warmth. Transplant seedlings into individual pots when large enough. Harden off and plant out May–June into greenhouse beds or sunny sheltered spots. Space plants 40–50 cm apart. Feed and water regularly. Harvest chillies once fully red and glossy.
Cooking / usage ideas: Perfect dried and ground for chilli powder, or used fresh in sauces, stews, and salsas. Adds medium heat and sweet, fruity notes.
