How to grow: Sow indoors Jan–March with warmth. Transplant seedlings into individual pots once large enough. Harden off and plant out May–June in greenhouse beds or a sunny, sheltered spot. Space plants 40–50 cm apart. Feed and water regularly. Harvest when fruits turn bright red.
Cooking / usage ideas: Perfect for making chilli flakes, hot sauces, or spicing up any dish. Excellent dried and ground into cayenne pepper powder.
