How to grow: Sow indoors Jan–March with warmth. A proportion of the seeds are dormant, so please sow the whole packet. Transplant seedlings into individual pots when large enough to handle. Harden off and plant out May–June in greenhouse beds or a sunny, sheltered outdoor spot. Space plants 40–50 cm apart. Feed and water regularly. Harvest fruits once bright yellow and firm.
Cooking / usage ideas: Adds a fresh citrus kick to salsas, stir-fries, sauces, and hot sauces. Excellent dried and crushed into flakes or powder.
