How to grow: Sow indoors Jan–March with warmth. Transplant seedlings into individual pots when large enough. Harden off and plant out May–June in greenhouse beds or a sunny, sheltered outdoor spot. Space plants 40–50 cm apart. Feed and water regularly. Harvest when fruits turn bright red.

Cooking / usage ideas: Great fresh in salsas, chopped into spicy dishes, or dried for homemade chilli flakes or powder.
