Harvest Time: June–August (approx. 12–14 weeks from sowing)

How to grow: Sow directly outdoors March–June in well-prepared soil. Sow seeds 3–5 cm deep, spacing 5–8 cm apart in rows 45 cm apart. Provide support for climbing growth. Water regularly, especially during flowering and pod formation. Harvest pods when well-filled and peas are sweet and tender.
Cooking / usage ideas: Enjoy fresh from the pod, lightly steamed as a side dish, tossed into salads, or frozen for later use.
