How to grow: Sow indoors Feb–April in warmth. Prick out seedlings into individual pots once large enough. Water regularly and feed for best yields. Harvest when fruits are fully coloured and slightly soft to the touch.
Cooking / usage ideas: Perfect sliced fresh in salads or sandwiches, layered into caprese salads, or used for homemade sauces thanks to its rich flavour.
