How to grow: Sow indoors Jan–March with warmth. Transplant seedlings into individual pots when large enough. Harden off and plant out May–June in greenhouse beds or sunny, sheltered outdoor spots. Space plants 40–50 cm apart. Feed and water regularly. Harvest peppers when fully grown and glossy, either green or red.
Cooking / usage ideas: Perfect fresh in salads, stuffed and baked, grilled, or chopped into stir-fries. Red fruits offer extra sweetness and colour for cooking.
